This time Carlos Vives returned to Spain to promote his succesful new world tour “La Fiesta de todos”. The Colombian singer, composer and successful entrepreneur, is also one of the most important figures in Latin music . On the 31st of March he performed his first concert at the BEC Bilbao Exhibition Center, and a few days later he performed in Madrid at the el WiZink Center .
