The Pacific Theater of Panama hosted the VI “Highlights of Plastic Surgery” Congress for three days. This unique event in the world brought together some of the most renowned doctors in the field of surgery where more than 12 plastic surgeries were performed live and more than 12 hours a day of talks and colloquiums. The congress, held from March 3 to 5, was attended by more than 200 doctors, while many others had the opportunity to follow the live event. In addition, these people will be able to see the operations and presentations on VOD for a month on the congress platform.
A very remarkable aspect of the event was the two-way communication that was achieved between the operating rooms of The Panama Clinic, located just a few floors above the auditorium, and the Pacific Theater where the public was. In this way, feedback was achieved between the surgeons who were operating and the presenters and assistants who were in the auditorium, creating an interactive and educational environment.
Fluge Central America was in charge of supplying first class audiovisual equipment at the height of this ambitious event. Among the equipment supplied, it is worth mentioning the simultaneous video recording system made up of 4 cameras, 2 of them robotic, in addition to the video production system, the streaming broadcast system, the LED screens 7x4m long and 2.9mm pitch and the sound equipment installed in the operating rooms.
